Procurement Specialist

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Procurement Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced procurement professional with strong exposure to the Saudi Arabian market and previous experience working with System Integrator companies. The ideal candidate should have experience within ICT, Low Current Systems, Air Traffic Management and Navigation, or Wireless Communications and possess strong supplier management and commercial negotiation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
  
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers supporting System Integrator projects.
  
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and other procurement conditions with vendors.
  
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders while ensuring timely delivery of required materials and services.
  
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations based on commercial and project requirements.
  
• Coordinate inventory requirements and material availability with relevant internal teams.
  
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, supplier records, quotation comparisons, and purchasing information.
  
• Follow up closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to support procurement requirements in a fast-paced project environment.
  

Required Skills

1. Procurement Management: Hands-on experience managing purchasing and procurement processes.
   
2. Supplier Management: Ability to source, evaluate, coordinate, and follow up with suppliers.
   
3. Commercial Negotiation: Strong capability in negotiating quotations, pricing, terms, and delivery conditions.
   
4. Purchase Order Management: Practical experience preparing, processing, and tracking purchase orders.
   
5. System Integrator Exposure: Previous procurement experience with System Integrator companies is required.
   

Preferred Skills

• Procurement exposure within ICT or Low Current Systems.
  
• Experience supporting Air Traffic Management, Navigation, or Wireless Communications projects.
  
• Strong inventory coordination and quotation comparison capabilities.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience in Saudi Arabia is required. Candidates must have previous experience working with System Integrator companies and experience in at least one of the specified sectors: ICT, Low Current Systems, Air Traffic Management and Navigation, or Wireless Communications.

Education

• Minimum: Typical qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, or a related discipline.
  
• Preferred: Typical: Professional procurement or supply-chain certification.
